GAMBATTE NE!

I have officially started work at my new office! Huge thank you's to the lovely poeple who remembered and messaged me encouraging stuff. Thank you to darling for waking up earlier to send me to work on my first day.

First day at work as a Senior Marketing and Events Executive at ________Pte Ltd. If you know which company then good for you. If you don't know which company I am in, it just means that I don't intend to let you know.

Anyway, it is a local company that handles 6 restaurant brands under their wing. Huge company, huge office. First day at work, everything for me is NEW!! From the desk to telephone to computer. Everything is brand new! The colleagues all seem very nice and easy going. Does not look like a place with politics not as it seems to be in my department that is, but I guess only when you have been in the company for a period of time will you know whether or not it is officially a political warzone.

Anyway, the pay is as well still rather fine. Not much but a quite a jump from my last pay. Not too sure how long I will be able to stay in this company without jumping ship. It all depends... Wish me luck for the rest of the week. I do hope that I will be able to survive long enough.

Good news! Convocation is on Thursday and I have taken half the day off work. Mummy and Daddy will be coming to the Convo as well. Get to spend it with my Family and 'hao jie mei', I am so happy and looking forward to it.

Bad news is that I have not ironed out my gown yet and I am too lazy to get it done. Plus, I don't have a white collared shirt... which totally sucks. Have to think of what I am going to wear on the inside by tomorrow.

Feeling lazy and tired at work today.
